What you will do

• Take ownership of a growing digital and technology contract recruitment desk within the defence sector.
• Build a specialist market covering technology, IT, software, digital, AI, cyber security, and emerging technologies.
• Develop new business opportunities across start-ups, SMEs, and major defence organisations.
• Re-engage existing clients and lapsed accounts while expanding the contractor book.
• Work with an established defence recruitment team and client base.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting across technology, IT, software, digital, AI, or cyber security.
• Contract recruitment experience is particularly relevant.
• Commercially minded, confident in business development, ambitious, and driven.
• Interest in emerging technology and defence innovation.
• Ability to work from the Whiteley, Fareham office location.
