Recruiting Coordinator - UK (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Administer the applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate candidate records, stages, notes, scorecards, and feedback.
• Coordinate interviews across departments and hiring managers, managing scheduling and candidate communication.
• Create job advertisements and requisitions, support offer generation, onboarding administration, and pre-employment paperwork.
• Maintain recruitment data hygiene, reporting dashboards, hiring updates, and documented workflows.
• Screen and prioritise applications, manage recruitment inboxes, and conduct initial screening calls when needed.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve talent processes, employer branding, workflow optimisation, and reporting.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, recruitment administration, talent acquisition, HR, or a similar people operations role.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, communication, relationship-building, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technology, reporting, and operational processes.
• Ability to support high volumes of vacancies across multiple regions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Understanding of employment regulations across the UK, Europe, and US is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a startup, scale-up, SaaS, MSP, or cybersecurity business is advantageous.
