What you will do
- Act as the financial business partner for the European Wholesale business.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Prepare management reports, decision papers, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
- Develop business cases and investment analyses with cross-functional teams, including post-implementation evaluations.
- Own the month-end closing process and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure financial operations comply with company policies and internal controls.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in a wholesale environment.
- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial KPIs.
- Proven business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-influencing skills.
- Structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on working style.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP experience such as SAP is advantageous.
- Fluent English and good German communication skills required.
