FP&A; Business Partner - Commercial Finance (m/f/d) (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic and day-to-day commercial decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and improve profitability and unit economics.
• Evaluate pricing, marketing, and growth initiatives through business cases, fact-based analysis, and scenario modelling.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning linked to underlying business drivers.
• Improve financial planning through data, automation, and AI.
• Translate complex financial and commercial data into clear recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business controlling, or finance business partnering.
• Experience in eCommerce, digital, or consumer-oriented businesses is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, forecasting, profitability, and customer or unit economics.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a data-driven mindset.
• AI-first approach to improving planning, analysis, insights, and decision-making.
• Ability to independently steer the finances of a country, business model, or comparable business area and influence senior stakeholders.
