What you will do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations for geriatric nursing home patients.
• Manage psychiatric medications for assigned patients.
• Deliver therapy through video visits.
• Document patient care in an EMR.
• Use the video platform and coordinate office needs with the dedicated patient care team member.

Requirements

• Board certification as a PMHNP or qualification as an LCSW.
• Active APRN or clinical social work license in one of the listed states.
• PMHNPs must hold a DEA license in their home state.
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for geriatric nursing home patients.
• Comfort delivering care by video and using technology.
• EMR documentation experience, HIPAA certification, and access to a hard-wired internet connection.
