What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management via video intake and regular follow-up appointments.
• Perform mental health risk assessments and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document clinical recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications following evidence-based best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate within a connected provider network to refer patients to integrated therapy and coaching services.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PMHNP program or an accredited PA program with PANCE certification.
• Unrestricted state license and full-time residency in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience.
• Availability of dedicated office space to see clients in Newark, NJ.
• Ability to provide care to patients with various diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels.

Nice to have

• Active DEA license.
• Additional certification or clinical experience working with minors.
• Post-graduate fellowship in psychiatry or a Doctor of Medical Science with a Psychiatry concentration.
