Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Mental Health)

Location: Hybrid role for full-time residents of the United States, with office space required in Townsend, Delaware

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through video intake and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health risk assessments, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications according to clinical best-practice guidelines.
• Support children, teens, and young adults with varied diagnoses, needs, and levels of clinical complexity.
• Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services when appropriate.

Requirements

• Graduate degree from an accredited PMHNP program, or an accredited PA program with PANCE certification.
• Unrestricted state license and at least two years of professional practice.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
• Office space with the ability to see clients in Townsend is required.
• Ability to treat a full range of diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels.
• Strong preference for an active DEA license.

Nice to have

• Additional certification or clinical experience working with minors.
• Psychiatry certificate, post-graduate psychiatry fellowship, or Certificate of Added Qualifications in psychiatry.
• Ability to offer in-person care.
