What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations.
• Provide longitudinal medication management and construct patient-centered treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications while following clinical best practice guidelines.
• Document treatment recommendations and maintain ongoing communication with patients.
• Deliver culturally responsive care to children, teens, and young adults with varying needs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or an accredited PA program with PANCE certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Must have office space with the ability to see clients in Reading.
• Active, unrestricted state license and active DEA license.
• Ability to provide care for a full range of diagnoses and clinical complexity.

Nice to have

• Certificate of Added Qualifications in psychiatry or post-graduate fellowship in psychiatry.
• Additional certification or clinical experience working with minors.
