Focus on translating business needs into user stories, validating data structures and transformations, and coordinating delivery through sign-off and operational transition.

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of a Databricks data product supporting Automated Presence Insights for Managers.
- Connect HR, business, data, privacy, architecture, and engineering stakeholders throughout discovery, development, validation, and transition.
- Gather and document business and data requirements, translating them into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze data structures, sources, transformations, and business rules, and validate data quality and output consistency.
- Maintain project and data documentation in Confluence.
- Provide reporting and analytics teams with clear data definitions, context, and downstream requirements without owning report development or deployment.
Requirements
- Experience as a Tech Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data models, sources, pipelines, transformations, and data quality.
- Practical understanding of data privacy and responsible use of employee or workplace data.
- Ability to identify privacy risks and involve Privacy, Legal, Security, HR, or Data Protection stakeholders when appropriate.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, with familiarity with Agile ways of working and Confluence.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Warsaw, Poland.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Databricks, Azure data services, Workday HR data, and Power BI.
- Experience validating data meaning and usage with data owners.
