Senior Business / System Analyst

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be located in the EU, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, or Kazakhstan. Working time zone: CET.

What you will do

• Collect, document, validate, and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, decisions, and changes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and map current-state and future-state processes to identify automation and standardisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, data, BI, and ERP teams on implementation, integrations, data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting design.
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and validation of implemented solutions against requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Experience in technology, finance, ERP implementation, or consulting, with a strong understanding of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in process modelling with BPMN, UML, and flowcharts.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, issue tracking, documentation, and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT coordination.
• Intermediate English and availability to work in the CET time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and RPA tools.
• Knowledge of finance processes.

Hiring process
