Workforce Management Coordinator (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Assist with staff and agency-worker scheduling based on changing business demands.
• Coordinate agency relationships and respond to agency and worker inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver weekly labor reports for management and agency partners.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in employee and agency-worker hours.
• Resolve time and attendance issues and verify data for accurate payroll transmission.
• Support process improvements that increase workforce-management efficiency and improve the employee experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in workforce management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and other partners.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to support the team.
