Leave of Absence and Benefits Analyst

What you will do

• Administer sickness, family, statutory, disability-related, and other approved leave cases.
• Support capability and attendance management processes, including case tracking, documentation, and manager coordination.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, managers, HR, payroll, and external providers on leave, absence, capability, and benefits matters.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems and monitor case milestones, medical reviews, benefits continuation, and return-to-work activities.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, audit materials, and absence trend analysis.
• Identify process improvements that increase administrative efficiency and improve the employee experience.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of leave administration, employee benefits, capability management, HR operations, and case management.
• Experience applying established policies and procedures to resolve routine and moderately complex cases.
• Ability to coordinate with employees, managers, HR colleagues, payroll teams, and external providers.
• Knowledge of UK and Polish leave-of-absence employment law is preferred.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and operational service levels.
