Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mining)

Location: Shanghai or Wuxi, China; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Support candidate sourcing, pipelining, end-to-end recruiting, and onboarding in compliance with China-specific regulations.
• Publish job advertisements, attend job fairs, and use social media, job boards, Workday, CRM, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct candidate pre-screens, review resumes and cover letters, provide recommendations, and extend offers.
• Manage interview schedules for Shanghai and Wuxi requisitions.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines and monitor recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain paper and electronic candidate records and document current staffing requirements.

Requirements

• Availability to work onsite in Shanghai or Wuxi, China five days per week.
• Experience supporting candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience screening candidates and assessing knowledge, skills, motivation, resumes, and cover letters.
• Ability to proactively source candidates through Chinese recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Strong service orientation, initiative, self-drive, and results orientation.
• Ability to maintain accurate candidate records and follow recruiting processes.

• Mining or technology industry knowledge.
• Experience improving candidate sourcing efficiency.
