TA Intern (HR)

TA Intern (HR): Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for precision technology teams with an accent on candidate sourcing and interview coordination across China and Japan. Focus on managing talent pipelines, coordinating cross-regional interview schedules, and enhancing candidate engagement.

Location: Must be based in Shanghai, China or Tokyo, Japan

What you will do

• Source and screen candidates using portals such as LinkedIn, Zhilian, 51job, and Mynavi.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Manage candidate communications and engagement to ensure a positive experience.
• Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, including campus drives and career fairs.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and prepare recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and business departments to align recruitment needs.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Japanese Language, HR, Psychology, or Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to commit to a ~3 month internship.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Power Automate, or other automation tools.
