What you will do

• Design and execute campus recruiting strategies to build diverse, high-caliber talent pipelines across Asia Pacific.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, student organizations, alumni, and campus influencers.
• Represent the firm to students and communicate career opportunities and the employer value proposition.
• Partner with recruiting teams and senior business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
• Develop campus engagement initiatives and manage candidate relationships throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Use data, market insights, analytics, and recruiting technology to improve assessment and hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, business development, client relationship management, consulting, or another client-facing role.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence multiple audiences and collaborate across internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, execution, and prioritization skills.
