Intern-Talent Acquisition

Location: SIMZ Pudong, Shanghai, China. Full-time, onsite internship lasting 20 weeks from October 2026 to May 2027.

hirify.global provides laboratory services, diagnostics, data, and technology solutions for healthcare providers, patients, researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and health systems.

What you will do

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and support onboarding activities.
• Help organize recruitment events and job fairs.
• Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Interest in recruitment operations, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently under general supervision, and maintain professional conduct.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
• Final-year students graduating in July 2027 are preferred; students at all academic levels in relevant fields may apply.

Nice to have

• At least three months of internship experience in recruitment or human resources.
