Senior IT Data Project Manager in Pharma

What you will do

• Lead IT projects within the data domain from initiation through delivery.
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Data, IT, business, and external vendor activities across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track progress, support governance and reporting, and ensure timely delivery.
• Align technical delivery with business requirements and drive mitigation of blockers.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects end to end in complex global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, reporting teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing data transformation roadmaps, risks, stakeholders, and change management.
• Pharma industry experience is required; candidates must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
