Senior Client Data Management Project Manager (Data)

Base salary: GBP 84,000–126,000 per year, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead project delivery across the global Client Data Management agenda, from strategic framing through execution and benefits realization.
• Translate strategic priorities into project scope, milestones, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate business and technology delivery across functions, regions and interdependent workstreams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, resources, capacity requirements and project financials.
• Partner with sponsors and senior stakeholders, lead governance forums and provide decision-ready reporting.
• Drive changes to client data processes, governance, accountabilities and operating models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading projects and change initiatives, preferably in (re)insurance.
• Strong end-to-end project management experience across business and technology, including planning, governance, risk, dependency, resource and financial management.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into execution and shape approaches where the path forward is not fully defined.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions, regions and seniority levels.
• Experience delivering data and business transformation, including organizational and operating model design and implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life & Health (re)insurance.
• Experience with client data or data-driven business initiatives.
• Project or change management certifications such as PMP, PROSCI or Scrum.
