Compliance Product Manager (AI)

Location: Dubai, with remote work

hirify.global operates compliance and risk products across multiple regulatory regimes, combining crypto and traditional finance requirements.

What you will do

• Own the compliance and risk product roadmap, covering AML/KYC infrastructure, Travel Rule compliance, account controls, and jurisdictional expansion.
• Translate requirements from Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal into specified, sequenced, shipped, and audited product features.
• Lead prioritization of regulatory risk and make trade-off decisions when priorities conflict.
• Determine which capabilities can use shared infrastructure and which must be rebuilt for individual markets.
• Work with a dedicated engineering pod and collaborate with Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Security.
• Use AI tools to improve compliance product execution, implementation standards, and tool adoption.

Requirements

• Experience shipping compliance or risk products in both crypto, including Travel Rule, VASP obligations, and on-chain monitoring, and traditional finance, including AML/KYC, PEP, and EDD.
• Daily use of AI tools as part of product development.
• End-to-end roadmap ownership, including resourcing, stakeholder alignment, and escalations.
• Experience shipping products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory regimes.
• Ability to identify broken controls, resolve them, and build checks to prevent recurrence.
• Leveling is considered at Senior PM with 4+ years of product experience or Lead PM with 7+ years of product experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in emerging markets or with Islamic finance products.
