Senior Product Owner (CPQ)

Location: Fully remote, with locations listed as Brno, Ostrava, Prague, and Valencia

What you will do

• Own the product end to end, including vision, roadmap, backlog, business requirements, and evaluation of development outcomes.
• Manage a complex B2B/B2C platform for an industrial client, including product operations, incident management, and internal SLA compliance.
• Structure a large physical product portfolio covering variants, standards, and country-specific rules into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex industrial requirements into precise specifications while identifying gaps and edge cases.
• Present the product vision, roadmap, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and drive alignment.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in product management and product ownership.
• Experience with data modeling, variant management, system architecture, integrations, pricing and costing logic, and product discovery.
• Knowledge of software architecture, cloud systems, protocols, and preferably CPQ software.
• Ability to prioritize decisively across stakeholders and development teams.
• Understanding of SDLC frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, MS Office, and similar tools.
• Experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Scrum Master.
• Background in industrial or manufacturing software products.
