Senior Product Owner (Trading)

Location: Hybrid/on-site work in Limassol, Cyprus

hirify.global is a fintech company providing an internal trading platform as a SaaS solution for brokers, covering options, CFDs, FX, equities, and crypto.

What you will do

• Own the trading product backlog from idea generation through post-release analysis.
• Prioritize features using metrics and measurable product outcomes.
• Design experiments and analyze both successful and unsuccessful results.
• Work hands-on with leverage, margin, stop-out, expirations, and execution mechanics.
• Develop trading products for regulated and offshore environments, including roadmap items affected by compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in trading, brokerage, or fintech handling user funds.
• Deep understanding of financial instrument mechanics beyond the user interface layer.
• Ability to independently extract and analyze data using SQL or a BI tool.
• Hands-on experience running A/B tests and evaluating whether shipped features actually worked.
• Fluent Russian and English for professional work.

Nice to have

• Experience with MT5 or a proprietary trading platform.
• Experience working under a regulator.
• Experience launching a product or financial instrument from zero.
