What you will do
- Supervise airport resources, equipment utilization, and cargo handling activities.
- Coordinate agents with maintenance and guest services to ensure smooth airport operations.
- Control handling and network operations in line with regulations, safety standards, and working instructions.
- Monitor airline turnaround operations and operational timeliness to improve hub on-time performance.
- Oversee extraordinary loading operations and ensure compliance with carrier procedures.
- Conduct operational briefings and debriefings to identify improvement areas.
Requirements
- Preferably degree-level education.
- At least 4 years of operational experience in airline, cargo, or ground-handling operations.
- Experience coordinating teams and supervising airport resources.
- Knowledge of operational regulations, safety procedures, and performance requirements.
