Management Trainee (Logistics)

Location: Qingdao, Shandong, China; willingness to travel and relocate if applicable is required.

What you will do

• Complete the 12-month Management Trainee Program, including orientation, monthly activity recaps, certifications, and department-specific training.
• Rotate through departments to understand logistics operations, management processes, operational reporting, and financial reporting.
• Assist supervisors and department managers with operational responsibilities, productivity targets, and expense-to-revenue goals.
• Complete at least two projects and participate in department, sales, branch, accounting, and management meetings.
• Attend product-specific sales or retention calls and learn departmental sales and retention programs.
• Develop supervision, mentoring, interpersonal communication, and management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• At least one year of experience working with hirify.global; external candidates must work in a product department for at least one year before joining the program.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.
• Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and relocate if applicable.
