Agent - Ocean Export (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate smooth and timely ocean export freight processes.
• Prepare documentation for international transportation and ensure accurate billing and operational data entry.
• Arrange international export shipments with customers and follow customer-specific standard operating procedures.
• Monitor shipment reports, workboards, invoicing, and internal KPIs.
• Support workload allocation, customer reviews, retention calls, and competitive pricing requests.
• Mentor agents, promote productivity tools, and support system changes and process improvements.

Requirements

• College degree or higher.
• Knowledge of the global logistics industry and relevant training or equivalent experience.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluent English required.
• Fluent Chinese required in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
