Product Design Lead (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Own mobile product design from concept through high-fidelity execution across iOS and Android.
• Design information architecture and navigation that connect distinct member-care experiences into one seamless product.
• Create experiences that support adoption, retention, and recurring engagement across daily, weekly, and monthly use cases.
• Turn complex, dynamic healthcare information into clear and trustworthy experiences.
• Partner with content design, research, and product stakeholders to validate decisions with qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Grow the design system with accessibility, consistency, and scalability in mind.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of product or UX design experience, including mobile-first work and end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-step journeys.
• Experience designing consumer apps focused on daily and weekly active usage, engagement, retention, habit formation, behavior change, or wellness.
• AI must be a core part of the design practice, including experience designing AI-powered product experiences.
• Strong systems thinking, visual and interaction design, hands-on prototyping, and product craft.
• Experience leading user research or usability testing.
