Mid-level Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, NY; in-office five days a week at 2 Penn Plaza

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the design of the next-generation Service Management product.
• Define AI-driven customer experiences, including conversational flows and dynamic user interfaces.
• Use AI coding tools to explore design directions, build interactive prototypes, and test concepts with customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape product direction.
• Help define and expand the design system.
• Iterate quickly in a high-velocity startup environment while working directly with the CEO and Head of Design.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of product design experience working on professional tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong craft and the use of AI coding tools for prototyping.
• Fluency in and enthusiasm for how products and design processes are changing in the AI era.
• Mastery of atomic design principles and component-based UI architectures.
• Strong appreciation for giving and receiving design critique.
• Ability to work in person five days a week in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience designing data visualizations or working with graph databases.
• Experience in IT operations, ITSM, DevOps, or complex enterprise domains.
