Design Technologist (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; onsite role

Salary: $150,000–$275,000 annual cash compensation, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the product user experience from strategy through delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and product partners to design and ship high-quality product improvements.
• Conduct user research and synthesize customer insights.
• Build prototypes, flows, mock-ups, and high-fidelity visuals while exploring new interfaces.
• Develop product storytelling and contribute to product direction and decision-making.
• Build and refine the design system and component library.

Requirements

• Strong design craft and a high bar for product quality.
• Ability to break down complex problems into simple, user-focused solutions.
• Strong product sense and experience building 0-to-1 products.
• Ability to iterate quickly across low- and high-fidelity concepts.
• Independent working style and strong understanding of customer needs.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, CA.
