Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. UAE nationals only.

What you will do

• Acquire new commercial banking clients, analyze their finances, and prepare accurate credit applications.
• Meet assigned targets and secure profitable business transactions.
• Recommend banking solutions, alternative channels, and value-added services to grow transaction volumes and the assigned portfolio.
• Build and maintain comprehensive client dossiers covering current and future financial needs.
• Conduct client visits, assess risk profiles, and report material changes to approving authorities.
• Apply ADCB service standards and internal policies in all customer and stakeholder interactions.

Requirements

• UAE nationality is required.
• At least five years of experience managing client relationships and portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Knowledge of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios.
• Ability to conduct client visits and manage commercial banking relationships.
