Senior FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Lead monthly actuals closing, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.
• Coordinate and consolidate forecasting and annual budget processes across business units.
• Prepare financial presentations, reports, and dashboards for executive management and the Board of Directors.
• Track, analyze, and optimize group-wide labor costs and headcount metrics.
• Collaborate with Business Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Consolidation teams to maintain accurate and consistent financial data.
• Improve financial monitoring and reporting workflows using automation and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in a multi-entity or global environment.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A planning and consolidation tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Hyperion, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with workforce planning, labor cost driver analysis, and presenting complex financial analysis to VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong autonomy, critical thinking, stakeholder management, collaboration, and process improvement skills.
