TL;DR
ESG Reporting Analyst (ESG/SQL): Developing and delivering ESG reporting processes for an international banking environment with an accent on regulatory compliance, data analysis, and reporting automation. Focus on validating large datasets, preparing submissions for financial supervisory authorities, gathering requirements, and supporting end-to-end implementation and user acceptance testing.
Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week from the office in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, Poland
Salary: 800–1,150 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do
- Produce and deliver ESG reports in line with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Develop and improve ESG reporting processes, including Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets, validate reporting outputs, and prepare submissions for financial supervisory authorities.
- Improve reporting, data management, and process automation.
- Gather and document business and process requirements for ESG reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and solution delivery teams, perform user acceptance testing, dry runs, and functional validation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, regulatory reporting, finance, banking, ESG, or a related area.
- Experience with data handling, reporting, process automation, and reporting systems.
- Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to manage tasks across the end-to-end reporting lifecycle.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ESG and regulatory reporting, including Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 frameworks.
- Understanding of banking products and balance sheet structures.
- Experience with Alteryx, Python, or other data analytics and automation tools.
- Stakeholder management experience in an international environment.
