Sr. Project Manager – Clinical Systems

Location: New York area, United States; onsite presence expected 1 day per week

Salary: $121,792.21–$150,063.20 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise clinical systems projects, products, and programs from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, schedules, scope, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and quality reviews.
• Manage interdependencies across medical center missions and Medical Center IT functional areas.
• Prepare executive-level status communications and lead leadership and portfolio meetings.
• Apply hybrid delivery methods combining Agile practices with traditional milestone reporting.
• Lead procurement and Request for Proposal activities while supporting EPMO process improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
• PMP certification, product management experience, or relevant work experience required.
• Expert understanding of traditional SDLC or Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of resource management and change management practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior executives and lead progress across teams.

Nice to have

• Ambulatory and outpatient surgery center implementation experience.
• Epic or other EHR experience.
