Senior Project Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: $130,000–$168,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage large, complex projects and multiple moderately complex projects through the full lifecycle.
• Create and coordinate project charters, business cases, technical specifications, architecture specifications, and project plans.
• Control project budgets, resources, schedules, quality, documentation, approvals, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional workgroups, vendors, contractors, internal customers, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Review solution designs for architecture, database, code quality, security, performance, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Mentor EPMO members, assess project personnel performance, and present project updates to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of full-lifecycle project management experience.
• PMP certification or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with quantitative and qualitative analyses, and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
• Ability to comply with company policies and state, federal, and other regulatory requirements.
