Location: Metro Manila; onsite work required in BGC, Philippines

What you will do
- Build, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing online merchants and key decision-makers.
- Drive merchant acquisition by identifying business opportunities and leveraging established merchant networks.
- Plan and co-create campaigns, account plans, business proposals, and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with Risk, Product, Support, Customer Care, and other teams to address merchant needs and deliver strategic improvements.
- Increase merchant engagement, transaction volume, and adoption of omnichannel solutions.
- Monitor market trends, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for key account growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in key account management, senior key account management, merchant acquisition, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience handling online merchants or enterprise accounts; fintech, payment gateway, or digital payments experience is highly preferred.
- Strong existing relationships with online merchants and business decision-makers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence presenting to clients virtually and face-to-face.
- Based in Metro Manila and willing to work onsite in BGC.
Nice to have
- Experience managing a large merchant portfolio or high-value merchant accounts.
- Experience with payment gateways, digital payments, online businesses, platforms, or merchants with their own websites and digital channels.
