Senior Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead discovery conversations and gather requirements from banks, fintechs, and digital lenders.
• Translate business needs into proposed solutions, integration requirements, and clear recommendations.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept.
• Provide functional and technical guidance throughout qualification, evaluation, and sales closure.
• Support integrations involving loan origination, payments, compliance, and other connected systems.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP responses, implementation handovers, reusable sales resources, and customer insights for Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solutions consulting, banking, lending operations, or a combination of these.
• Strong understanding of banking and lending operations, including origination, credit assessment, disbursement, servicing, repayments, and collections.
• Experience with core banking systems, loan origination systems, loan management platforms, or related financial services applications.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English for customer discussions, presentations, and business communication.
• Technical fluency with cloud-based SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and engagements for up to approximately 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales experience with cloud-based core banking, digital banking, or lending platforms.
• Experience with AML, payments, ERP, CRM, workflow, or business process management systems.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Familiarity with the Philippine banking and fintech market or financial institutions across Asia and Africa.
• Experience with software implementations, banking transformation projects, migrations, or technical consulting.
