What you will do
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for software engineering, AI, trading, data science, quant, and hardware roles.
- Source talent from high-growth technology companies, trading firms, hedge funds, and other high-performance organizations.
- Screen candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit.
- Run full-cycle recruiting processes, manage pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads on hiring needs, timelines, and recruiting strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles.
- Experience hiring for software engineering, hardware or electronics engineering, AI, data science, or similar disciplines.
- Experience in high-performance environments, either at an agency serving trading firms, hedge funds, HFTs, or technology companies, or in-house at a scaling technology company.
- Ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skills across multiple technical disciplines.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices.
