Senior Pricing Analyst (Medical Device)

Annual base salary: $97,000–$135,100, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day deal support and deliver Gross Margin Calculator analyses for timely, profitable decisions.
• Prepare analyses, recommendations, and materials for the recurring Pricing Committee.
• Operate and improve pricing tools, models, and processes.
• Operationalize pricing initiatives, track price realization, and drive execution with Sales and Marketing.
• Build pricing compliance capabilities by comparing contractual commitments with actual purchasing and addressing gaps.
• Manage pricing data, validate multiple sources, and use AI tools such as Claude for analysis and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or commercial operations.
• Strong analytical skills and expert Excel proficiency, including experience with large and imperfect datasets.
• Understanding of pricing concepts, contract compliance, and deal economics.
• Strong communication, business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, and BI or analytics tools such as Power BI or Qlik; ability to match and merge data from multiple sources.
