HR Solutions & AI Enablement Leader (AI)

Location: San Jose, California, United States, or Morrisville, North Carolina, United States. Hybrid work with some in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: USD 196,350–292,600 annually, with the final offer determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Own the HR Technology AI strategy and roadmap, including governance, data readiness, privacy, security, and human oversight.
• Identify, prioritize, prototype, test, and scale AI and automation use cases for employees, managers, and HR teams.
• Redesign fragmented HR processes into simpler workflows and establish measures for adoption, efficiency, quality, and risk reduction.
• Partner with Product, Platform, Operations, IT, COEs, and HR leadership on priorities, dependencies, ownership, and solution feasibility.
• Build an innovation pipeline, assess vendors and platforms, and support HR technology modernization business cases.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, AI or digital enablement, automation, process redesign, product leadership, or related technology-enabled change.
• Strong understanding of HR platforms, data flows, integrations, governance, security, and enterprise technology operating models.
• Experience leading enterprise AI, automation, or digital enablement initiatives with practical knowledge of responsible AI principles.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable technology roadmaps, solution designs, and execution plans.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, prioritization, governance, change enablement, and delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with employee experience platforms, knowledge management tools, chatbots, workflow automation, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Background in HR operations, shared services, people analytics, or HR product and platform delivery.
• Experience building governance models, technology intake processes, vendor assessments, or innovation pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, design thinking, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
