What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Use consultative selling and branded sales processes to grow consumer and business relationships.
• Drive business banking results through business development, community involvement, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Coach branch employees on customer engagement, digital interactions, performance, onboarding, and professional development.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory risks.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements while resolving customer issues effectively.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Subject to background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking laws.
