Strategic Finance Lead (Healthcare)

Location: New York, NY only; work in the Gramercy office 3–4 days per week with some remote flexibility

What you will do

• Partner with teams across the organization on strategic projects, investment decisions, cost optimization, unit economics, and growth.
• Lead planning efforts and help business partners set goals and execution paths.
• Analyze ambiguous and messy data to identify trends and insights for critical decisions.
• Optimize partnership quotas, direct-to-consumer channel mix, provider-patient matching, retention, and collections.
• Support board meetings, capital raises, M&A, and other high-priority ad hoc work.
• Identify operating gaps, communicate recommendations to leadership, and lead initiatives through completion.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capital.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments while balancing detail with strategic perspective.
• Strong ownership, first-principles problem solving, analytical judgment, and clear communication.
• Willingness to work in person in New York City 3–4 days per week.
