IT Project Manager (Healthcare IT)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK, United States. Onsite work is performed indoors and outdoors, with occasional exposure to construction, mechanical, electrical, chemical, noise, temperature, and wet hazards.

What you will do

• Lead healthcare IT projects through initiation, design, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and success criteria.
• Manage RFPs, vendor contracts, purchase orders, procurements, invoices, change orders, and insurance documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, issues, project progress, compliance, quality requirements, and change control.
• Prepare status reports, perform risk and impact analysis, and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in healthcare IT project management, including complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, management information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility design, IT methodologies, and building systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
