Project Manager Information Technology II - IM Project Management (Healthcare IT)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

hirify.global operates a large multi-hospital healthcare system with information systems supporting multiple ministries and locations.

What you will do

• Lead and manage medium to large information technology and clinical implementation projects from initiation through completion.
• Create and maintain project charters, plans, budgets, resource plans, RACI matrices, status reports, steering committee materials, and change management documentation.
• Coordinate business requirements analysis, planning and design sessions, vendor statements of work, implementation activities, testing, and system changes.
• Manage enterprise-level projects involving multiple ministries, locations, vendors, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, critical paths, deliverables, and mitigation plans while reporting progress to executive leadership.
• Coordinate user documentation, training, competency validation, go-live support, and ongoing support planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience in an information systems environment.
• At least four years of experience working on information technology project teams and gathering customer requirements or conducting analysis.
• Experience managing projects of small to medium scope and complexity.
• Clinical project implementation and management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain detailed documentation, and follow PMO methodology and audit requirements.
• PMI certification is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a large multi-hospital system.
• Epic or Meditech experience.
• Clinical education background.
