IT Project Manager

Location: On-site in Madison, Wisconsin, USA

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional information technology projects from planning through successful launch.
• Develop and manage project requirements, specifications, test plans, schedules, cost targets, and success criteria.
• Monitor multiple project plans, resources, issues, risks, budgets, and deadlines.
• Coordinate project deliverables across departments and drive priorities to completion.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and executive-level management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in IT project management, including management of IT resources, budgets, and contracts.
• Experience leading teams in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Madison, Wisconsin, USA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Agile DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Project management, Agile, or related certifications.
• IT project management experience in the manufacturing industry.
