Technical Analyst (CMDB/ITSM)

Location: Remote work site in Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $38.70–$50.31 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain assigned application systems and integrate them into the healthcare IT environment.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, stability, upgrades, and software functionality.
• Analyze business requirements, recommend system changes, write technical specifications, and implement application updates.
• Provide technical support, diagnostics, and problem resolution in coordination with vendors, manufacturers, customers, and IS teams.
• Support project planning, design, development, testing, implementation, estimates, timelines, and milestone reporting.
• Participate in on-call support to maintain system availability and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support systems integration, application functionality, and technical problem resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, collaborate across teams, and communicate with users.
• Availability for on-call support.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a core discipline within the healthcare industry.
• Experience mentoring associate analysts and other application team members.
