Location: Fully remote within the United States, limited to candidates located in AL, AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, ID, IN, MD, MI, NH, NM, NY, NC, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, or WY. Domestic travel is expected 2–3 times per year. A dedicated private workspace with a lockable door and high-speed internet is required. U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $200,000–$240,000 annually.

is a digital clinic providing fully virtual, multidisciplinary addiction medicine and substance use disorder treatment, including medication for opioid use disorder and ongoing recovery support.
What you will do
- Serve as a senior clinical leader and addiction medicine subject matter expert across the organization.
- Strengthen clinical quality, patient safety, protocols, formulary standards, audits, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Mentor clinical leaders and clinicians while supporting education, onboarding, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Translate quality findings and emerging evidence into scalable workflows, care delivery standards, and operational processes.
- Evaluate new service lines and care models, including clinical readiness, staffing, governance, and outcome measurement.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Analytics, and executive leadership on care technology, clinical decision support, AI-enabled workflows, and platform enhancements.
Requirements
- Active U.S. medical license in good standing and board certification in Addiction Medicine.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience caring for patients with substance use disorders.
- Experience leading clinicians, clinical programs, or multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Experience building or scaling clinical programs, quality initiatives, care delivery models, or healthcare teams.
- Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols, workflows, and evidence-based standards across multiple clinicians or sites.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
Nice to have
- Experience in telehealth, digital health, or technology-enabled care delivery.
- Experience serving Medicaid and other publicly insured populations.
- Experience partnering with Product, Operations, Analytics, or Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled clinical workflows, clinical decision support tools, or healthcare technology innovation.
- Multi-state clinical leadership experience and experience developing clinical leaders.
