Associate Medical Director (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina

Salary: $191,153.00–$305,845.00 annually

What you will do

• Develop and drive healthcare and organizational strategies, including sales management, behavioral health, and new care delivery approaches.
• Support medical reimbursement and policy, care management, healthcare programs, provider credentialing, and quality model design.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, providers, health systems, employers, community organizations, vendors, and solution partners.
• Evaluate clinical and operational data to identify opportunities for improved health outcomes and financial performance.
• Represent hirify.global in presentations, speaking engagements, advisory groups, and external healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Design payment models, evaluate investment opportunities, and identify market trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school and completion of a residency training program.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Current North Carolina medical license required.
• Board certification in an ABMS- or AOA-recognized clinical specialty.
• Clinical experience, medical decision-making, healthcare compliance, and healthcare management expertise.
