Senior Learning Architect (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States; remote. Team members living within 75 minutes of a hirify.global office are expected to follow a hybrid work schedule.

Salary: $79,000–$100,000 base compensation per year, with target total cash compensation of $87,000–$110,000 per year including a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Translate clinical program designs and source materials into modular learning experiences, including slide decks, workbooks, talk tracks, and training packages.
• Build reusable skill-aligned modules and contribute to Skills Cards, in-platform workbooks, and other modularization initiatives.
• Write facilitator guides with talk tracks, timing cues, transition notes, and instructions for managing group dynamics.
• Design interactive virtual learning activities such as polls, breakout scenarios, reflection prompts, and peer-to-peer discussions.
• Maintain and improve a library of 50 curricula using client feedback, facilitator input, and engagement and satisfaction data.
• Use AI to draft and review content, document work, and prototype improvements to curriculum delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM and adult learning theory.
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, with sound judgment about when outputs require revision.
• Experience working directly in a CMS such as Contentful to structure, link, and publish content.
• Strong proficiency with Google Slides, PowerPoint, and document tools, including reusable templates and components.
• Basic data literacy, adaptable conversational writing, and strong instructional judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience prototyping interactive or client-facing content with AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code.
• Familiarity with virtual training platforms and remote instruction.
• Basic scripting or no-code/low-code experience, including light HTML/CSS or workflow automation.
• Exposure to clinical or therapeutic frameworks such as DBT, CBT, or CFT.
