Learning Consultant (AI Innovation)

Location: Remote position associated with Winter Haven or Tampa, Florida, United States; hybrid or physical company location may also be considered. Travel several times per year may be required.

Salary: $66,000–$108,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning, capability, and performance needs.
• Conduct discovery conversations and needs analyses, then recommend digital learning, performance support, coaching, job aids, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and develop microlearning, simulations, branching scenarios, knowledge checks, and other digital learning experiences.
• Create videos, software demonstrations, screen recordings, animations, storyboards, scripts, graphics, and voice-over content.
• Use approved AI assistants for ideation, analysis, scripting, storyboarding, prototyping, media creation, and development efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects, implement solutions, and help stakeholders adopt effective AI-enabled learning practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning, education, communications, digital media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• At least three years of hands-on digital learning or multimedia development experience.
• Experience delivering creative solutions for complex, business-critical work and managing a steady project pipeline.
• Proficiency with Storyline and Rise.
• Strong consulting, needs analysis, writing, visual communication, storytelling, project ownership, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and apply responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Experience with Vyond, Camtasia, Copilot, and Workday Learning or a comparable LMS.
• Relevant professional certifications.
