Business Operations Senior Manager (AI)

Salary: $110,500–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the daily operational health of Payment Integrity programs, including turnaround time, backlog clearance, and queue performance.
• Govern service-level performance and maintain the balance between productivity and audit accuracy.
• Design, test, launch, and optimize scalable cross-functional workflows, including change management, training, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders across Engineering, Network/Provider Operations, Claims, and Integrations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through AI agents and human-in-the-loop operational models.
• Resolve escalations and remove blockers by providing training and job aids to vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business operations or operational leadership.
• Experience driving meaningful change and measurable operational results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong operational execution, escalation management, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize multiple initiatives, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or LLM-based workflows in operational settings.
• 2+ years of experience in health tech, digital health, or healthcare technology.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage health plans, startups, or highly matrixed organizations.
