Senior Finance Manager, Commerce Go-to-Market (Fintech)

Salary: $135,800–$245,400 USD annually, depending on location zone and qualifications.

What you will do

• Partner with Commerce go-to-market leaders and the Global Head of Revenue across Cash App, Afterpay, and Clearpay.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance management across revenue, gross profit, headcount, operating expenses, and commercial metrics.
• Build driver-based forecasts connecting pipeline, conversion, sales capacity, productivity, pricing, product adoption, transaction activity, and retention to financial outcomes.
• Evaluate Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, channels, and customer-segment investments through business cases, scenario analysis, and return-on-investment frameworks.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready materials for senior leaders and company planning processes.
• Lead and develop finance team members while contributing directly to high-impact analyses and deliverables.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, FP&A, sales or go-to-market finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, or another commercial organization.
• Strong financial modeling experience across forecasting, resource allocation, scenario analysis, and investment returns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex models, large datasets, SQL, and Python.
• AI fluency for analysis, insight generation, process automation, and improvement.
• At least 2 years of experience managing, coaching, and developing finance professionals.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, financial technology, merchant services, marketplaces, commerce, or another transaction-based business.
