Sales Development Representative (AI)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid workplace

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annual target cash compensation, including fixed salary and uncapped monthly commission; stock options may also be granted.

What you will do

• Conduct persistent outbound outreach to targeted prospects by phone and email.
• Communicate the value proposition to decision makers and qualify potential sales opportunities.
• Meet quotas for qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Research companies and identify key decision makers using prospecting tools.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to help close accounts and accelerate pipeline development.
• Use Salesforce for lead and pipeline management, sales forecasting, training updates, and process optimization.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Experience qualifying leads and communicating effectively in writing and on the phone.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn, contribute, and apply feedback.
• Persistence, assertiveness, confidence, strong listening skills, and resilience in outbound sales.
• Determination to exceed weekly goals and maintain self-accountability.
• Ability to build client relationships and overcome objections over the phone.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in sales, expert networks, or recruiting.
• Experience in hospitality or software.
